You can submit your application by post, by email ( or via our online application. When you apply to us, we process the information that we receive from you as part of the application process, e.g. through your letter of application, CV, certificates, or other contact details. In addition to your contact details, information about your education, qualifications, work experience and skills is particularly relevant to us. We will only assess you according to your suitability for the position in question, so you do not need to send us a photo.

Your data will initially be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure and deciding on an employment relationship. The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Section 26 (1) BDSG. If your application is successful, your personal data will become part of your personnel file. All applications remain with us for up to 6 months after completion of the selection process and are then finally deleted or returned to you in full. In the event that your application has aroused our interest, but we are currently unable to offer you a position, we will request your express consent to retain your applicant data for a longer period of time so that we can consider you for future job advertisements.

Your personal data will only be collected or processed by persons who are responsible for processing the application.

7. Duration for which the personal data will be stored

The criteria for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period.
