Compression springs from GRUEBER: your requirements, our expertise

GRUEBER develops and manufactures compression springs according to customer requirements. If not specified by the customer, we determine the material as wire or rod with corresponding dimensions. We define spring geometries including coil diameter, number of coils and all parameters important for static or dynamic utilisation. We also offer cold- or hot-formed springs with different spring ends and linear or progressive characteristic curves. The coating is carried out for corrosion protection and aesthetic design according to customer specifications with liquid or powder-coating, or special coatings as required. We label springs on request, e.g. by stamping with the company logo, year of delivery and article number.

Compression springs are spiral-shaped springs that absorb compressive forces and store energy. They return to their original shape after relief. These springs are found in a variety of industries such as the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and consumer goods where they regulate tension and compression forces.
